Omincell has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. This sales development role works closely with Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Pricing Analysts, Legal, Customer Service and Technical Support to achieve new business goals and sales quotas. In addition this role works with our existing customer base in collaboration with our field sales team to identify and close new business opportunities that result in new profitable business for Omnicell.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to Institutional and Retail Pharmacy leadership, presenting Omnicell products and services
Conduct discovery conversations to generate qualified leads for Omnicell’s capital equipment to pass the field sales team for follow up
Provide quotes, contracts, and close opportunities to win consumable and core machine sales
Create and develop opportunities that combined with field sales team will be presented to the customer.
Collect and analyze customer revenue expectations and advise the field sales team about deal pricing strategies.
Develop the internal business case to gain approvals for deal strategy.
Cultivate strategic customer relationships through phone, email and occasional face-to-face contact with key opportunities, partnering with field sales when appropriate.
Forecast business accurately on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Participate in corporate priority initiatives and process improvement projects.
Participate and achieve at a high level in all sales skills, business acumen, and product training.
Utilize Omnicell’s SAP, Salesforce and other necessary tools for accurate documentation and reporting.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas through lead capture and direct selling processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization internally, as well with clients and vendors
Ability to work independently; ability to organize data; strong analytical skills required with a great attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS office, including mastery of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other productivity applications
Energetic, positive attitude and team-player, desire to win mentality is a must
High school diploma/GED with 4 years sales and/or inside sales experience OR B.A./B.S with at least 1 year of sales/inside sales experience
Proven track record of success in meeting annual sales quota objectives
Office Environment - St Petersburg, FL
Minimum Expectation of 40 working hours per week
Travel Requirment-10% +Plus
Physical Requirements – Sitting, standing, walking, and using a telephone and keyboard.
