Omnicell has a dynamic opportunity for a Travel Program Coordinator who will be responsible for providing support to the Travel Program function to internal departments and travelers. The Travel Coordinator will assist in creating effective analytics from multiple reporting sources for the global organization including: Travel Agency Reports, Concur Expense, Corporate Credit Card, and key vendor data reporting. As the Travel Coordinator you will interface with traveling employees as well as key vendor contacts ensuring smooth operation of all travel related functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues to complete resolution by identifying process inefficiencies, and breakdowns.

  • Partner with Sr. Manager of Corporate Services to identify and execute projects, work on daily internal customer issues, and interface with internal departments as needed.

  • Assist the Sr. Manager, Corporate Travel Services in monitoring and processing internal billing, and travel policy exceptions that require special authorization. Provide support for the Travel Department on strategic initiatives and enhanced services.

  • Review the external and internal travel and expense systems, and department webpage for updated content and data continuity. Verify data transfer and reconciliation process from vendors.

  • Assist in providing reporting and analytics as requested from internal departments and managers.

  • Consolidate data from internal and vendor reporting tools.

  • Work with Sr. Manager, Corporate Travel Services on special projects requiring analytics and metrics

  • Perform daily tasks to manage the Travel Program and internal department and traveler questions.

  • Monitor and reply to requests and questions via emails and phone calls from internal customer/employees. Assist internal departments with requests and fielding calls from vendors.

  • Maintain and support the Travel Program internal webpage.

  • Assist with billing reconciliation of direct billed travel related services and interface with Accounts Payable and HR as necessary.

  • Review and support claims filed for rental car damage.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 4 years’ experience in a travel industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Business discipline

  • Demonstrable experience with data gathering and analysis

  • Experience in car, air, hotel, or tech travel industries

  • Experience with Computer Reservations System

  • Experience with IBM Cognos Reporting (a plus)
