Customer Service Representative - Temporary


​Customer Service Representative

Essential Functions:

  • Lead follow up

  • SureMed training and implementation.

  • Suremed support

  • Order processing

  • General customer service (account queries, order issues etc)

  • Debt collection

  • General marketing activities (sending out pack samples, marketing kits)

  • Attendance at trade shows

  • Coverage during annual leaves and holidays

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to use remote desk top tools

  • Ability to install and configure Windows printer drivers

  • Browser configuration

  • Basic Windows navigation and trouble shooting

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Stock management principle

  • Sales and customer service skills

Work Conditions:

  • Travel required
