Lead follow up
SureMed training and implementation.
General customer service (account queries, order issues etc)
General marketing activities (sending out pack samples, marketing kits)
Attendance at trade shows
Coverage during annual leaves and holidays
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to use remote desk top tools
Ability to install and configure Windows printer drivers
Basic Windows navigation and trouble shooting
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Stock management principle
Sales and customer service skills
- Travel required
