Omnicell, Inc. Sr. Director, Trade and Manufacturer Relations in Grapevine, Texas

SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies to support the Pharmaceutical Trade Relations needs of the Company

and lead the Trade Relations Team, inclusive of the OSPS Class G Pharmacy and clinical resources with clear objectives to deliver results

for the Company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Secure Pharmaceutical Manufacturers’ limited distribution drug access and supply agreements.

• Acts as the liaison between the Company and pharmaceutical industry representatives in terms of planning, implementation,

production, distribution, monitoring, evaluation and progress reporting of formulary programs/initiatives and related deliverable

products.

• Serves as the Senior Company Representative at pharmaceutical manufacturer meetings and quarterly business reviews.

• Negotiates financial and service agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers related to provision of clinical services.

• Manages trade clinical programs, including implementation, maintenance, and execution.

• Represents the organization externally with current and prospective pharmaceutical manufacturer clients in the communication of

the organization’s capabilities and current clinical program outcomes.

• Collaborates with the Operations, Sales, Marketing and Information Technology Departments on program initiatives.

• Analyzes performance execution and outcomes data to evaluate program performance.

• Collaborates with the Finance Team to evaluate future program forecasting and current program performance related to ROI.

• Works with all required Teams on program/intervention concepts, materials, instruments, etc., in relation to formulary

programs/initiatives and pipeline management.

• Attend industry conferences and report internally as to changing market dynamics, product pipelines, and competitive offerings.

• Secure opportunities for poster submissions and presentations for national pharmacy meetings.

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, in healthcare field required. Minimum of 8-10 years of management or

leadership experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry required. Strong experience in business development,

pharmacy program management and contract management/negotiations in a specialty, hospital or other pharmacy environment preferred.
